I’ve had an entrepreneurial spirit my whole life. When I was a kid, I loved being my Oma’s sidekick in her food booth at local festivals. Serving lemonade and counting money; I felt like a bad ass business woman!

My Oma was a firecracker, and I sparked right alongside her! Eccentric and bold, with a strong business sense, Oma was – and still is – my inspiration. As I grew, my family would joke that I’m a quarter Oma. 

After graduating from Washington State University, (Go COUGS!), I jumped on the proverbial corporate ladder. For more than 15 years I climbed each rung set before me, and by 2019 I was VP of Operations for a multi-state start-up.

You would think achieving my dream, would bring contentment. Sadly, I was burned out and unfulfilled. The corporate world was inflexible. People I worked with weren’t eager to embrace new ideas. Ideas I knew would set the business world on fire!

Now, years later, I’ve come full circle. In early 2020, I followed in my Oma’s footsteps and started my own business. I’m thrilled to bring my innovative business solutions to female entrepreneurs with my company, Diehl With It.  I know Oma would be damn proud to see me now!
